1. You send photos
You do not need to schedule a visit. Fill out the quote form and send a few photos:
- A wide shot from the garage door.
- The fullest corners and shelves.
- Any large items you already know you want to save or sell.
Put your ZIP code in the form too, so we can confirm we cover your area. If you have paint, chemicals, fuel, batteries, propane tanks, firearms, ammunition, or heavy furniture or appliances, mention them so we can plan around them.
2. You get a quote
We reply with the hours we expect and what is included. Quotes are free and there is no site visit. Jobs are booked in blocks of 2, 4, or 6 hours, picked from your photos and confirmed before any work starts. A block reserves your time and gives you a clear price up front, and you can see current rates on the pricing page.
3. You book it
- A 25% deposit books every job. It is applied to your final bill.
- Cancellation is free with 24 hours' notice. Otherwise we keep the deposit.
4. You get ready
A little prep goes a long way:
- Clear a path to the garage and the door, and move any cars out.
- Set aside what you know you are keeping, and any papers, valuables, or sentimental items you want to handle yourself.
- Think about your four piles, including which charity you would like to use for Share.
- Set aside hazardous items. We do not handle them, and they have their own route.
5. Work day
You are needed at the start and the end, not the whole time. At the start we do a quick walkthrough with you: what stays, what goes, and anything special. Then we get to work, sorting into Save, Share, Sell, and Sweep, organizing what stays, and labeling it. You do not need to stay for the whole job.
The block is the minimum, so if we finish early, the block still applies. If the job runs past the block, extra time is billed at the same hourly rate by the full hour, and we tell you before we go over.
6. Final check
We walk the finished space with you, and you check that everything is where you want it. The balance is due the day we finish, by Venmo, Zelle, or card. Share items go to the charity you choose, and we bring you the receipt. Sell items are photographed, listed, and handed off, and Sweep items go with a licensed hauler we book.
What we don't do
We do not move furniture or drive a truck, and we do not haul junk ourselves, since we book a licensed hauler for you. We pair well with your mover and with a hauler.
Ready for a number?
Send a few photos and we will reply with the hours we expect. Our cost guide has worked examples if you want to see how it adds up first.
